Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Papermaxxing ("Papermaxxing," "we," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Papermaxxing website, authenticated workspace, APIs, documentation, paper-trading tools, AI features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. Papermaxxing is a paper-trading product. It does not place live brokerage orders, hold customer funds, or provide investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice.
1. Access and Use
1.1. Age Limit
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Do not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
1.2. Account Creation
You may create an account using an email address and password or supported sign-in methods such as Google. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep it updated.
1.3. Credentials and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
1.4. Individual Workspace Only
Papermaxxing is currently designed for individual users, not shared organizational workspaces. You may not share your account, sell access to it, or allow another person to use the Service through your credentials.
1.5. Paper Trading Only
The Service is for simulated trading and workflow support only. Orders, fills, balances, positions, performance, alerts, journals, and automation outputs shown in the workspace may be mocked, simulated, estimated, delayed, incomplete, or generated from a paper-execution model. Any brokerage connection, imported account data, or linked institution data is used to support paper-trading experiences unless we clearly tell you otherwise.
1.6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- violate any law or regulation;
- harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate another person or entity;
- upload malware, harmful code, or content you do not have rights to use;
- scrape the Service, bypass rate limits, or interfere with servers or networks;
- reverse engineer or attempt to defeat security or access controls;
- use the Service for competitive benchmarking or machine-learning training without our written permission; or
- represent simulated activity, AI output, or paper results as live brokerage activity.
2. Service Scope and Availability
2.1. Prototype and Evolving Features
Papermaxxing is an evolving product. Some features are experimental, mock first, or still being refined. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time, including limits on symbols, workflows, uploads, automation modes, notifications, or third-party integrations.
2.2. Market Data and Automation Disclosures
Market data, AI-generated analysis, trade theses, order plans, recaps, transcripts, mission suggestions, alerts, and other outputs may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether and how to act on any information shown by the Service.
2.3. Notifications and Communications
The Service may send in-app, email, or optional SMS notifications related to authentication, paper-trading activity, workflow events, recaps, or account status. SMS is optional and subject to your separate consent and verification steps as described on our SMS Consent page. Delivery may be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control.
3. Fees and Billing
Papermaxxing is currently offered on a free-to-start basis for the public product surface available today. If we later offer paid features, subscriptions, or usage-based services, we will present the applicable pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms before you are charged, and those additional terms will become part of these Terms.
4. License and Restrictions
4.1. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own internal, lawful, paper-trading and research purposes.
4.2. Restrictions
Except as allowed by applicable law, you may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Service. All rights not expressly granted to you remain ours or our licensors'.
5. User Content and AI Features
5.1. Your Content
You retain rights in the prompts, playbooks, uploads, journal entries, notes, watchlists, settings, audio recordings, and other content you submit or store through the Service ("User Content").
5.2. Responsibility for User Content
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to submit it. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, confidential without permission, or otherwise violates these Terms.
5.3. License to Papermaxxing
You grant Papermaxxing a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, modify, and otherwise process your User Content solely as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
5.4. AI Features and Outputs
The Service may use third-party AI providers to process your prompts, attachments, transcripts, and related inputs so it can generate outputs. AI-generated content may be wrong, incomplete, stale, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
5.5. Voice and Uploaded Media
If you use voice input or upload audio or files, you represent that you have permission to do so and that your use does not violate any third-party rights. You authorize us and our providers to transcribe and process those files to deliver the feature you requested.
5.6. Monitoring and Enforcement
We are not required to monitor User Content, but we may review, remove, or disable content or accounts that we believe violate these Terms, threaten the Service, or create risk for users or third parties.
6. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Service relies on third-party providers, which may include infrastructure and hosting providers, Supabase for authentication and database services, Google for sign-in, OpenAI or other model providers for AI and transcription features, Twilio for optional SMS delivery, email providers for transactional email, and market data providers. Their products and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, or security practices.
7. Intellectual Property and Feedback
7.1. Service Ownership
The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, workflows, and related materials, is owned by Papermaxxing or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
7.2. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
7.3. Infringement Reports
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected] with enough detail for us to review the issue.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.
8.2. No Financial Advice
Papermaxxing is not a broker, investment adviser, tax adviser, or fiduciary. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or route any live security or financial product.
8.3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Papermaxxing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. To the same fullest extent, we are not responsible for losses or harm arising from your reliance on simulated trades, AI outputs, market data, notifications, or third-party services.
9. Suspension, Termination, and Changes
9.1. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or others, or if we discontinue the Service or a feature.
9.2. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept them.
9.3. Survival
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, feedback, and other protective provisions, will survive.
10. Contact and Electronic Communications
10.1. Electronic Communications
You consent to receive notices and communications from us electronically, including by email, in-product notice, or other electronic means.
10.2. Contact
For support, privacy requests, account questions, or legal notices, contact [email protected].
11. Miscellaneous

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11.2. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11.3. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
11.4. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms we present for a specific feature, form the entire agreement between you and Papermaxxing regarding the Service.
